Room rates are per night and include full continental breakfast.
Setups and ice are available for guests.
Rates are based on two persons per room.
Additional persons can be accommodated in some rooms at $20.00 per person per night.
Complimentary refreshments are served on arrival.
Room Tariff does not include State and County Tax.
The Bay Breeze Inn is a non-smoking inn.
The Inn is not suitable for large pets
or children under the age of 12. Children can
be accommodated in Haven Room and
Carriage House.
The Inn is open year round.

The Spring Cove Room
A rear bedroom with a queen sized bed, patio doors, deck and huge private bath
$130 per day

The Huntingfield Creek Room
A front bedroom with twin beds
and a shared bath
$95 per day

The Haven Room
A third floor suite with separate
sleeping and living area. Private double bath, skylights, and a private rear deck among the trees. A queen sized bed, twin beds each in their own separate alcove, and a hide-a-bed

$140 per day for two persons

The Swan Creek Room
A rear bedroom with double bed, patio doors, spacious deck, and a private bath.
$120 per night

Advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekends or holidays. A deposit equal to one daily room rate is required for confirmation of reservations. In the event of cancellations, the deposit will be refunded, less a ten dollar bookkeeping fee, if we can fill the room.
